This introductory session will provide the information you need to get started in using Senate House Library to conduct your research.  

The session will cover:  

  • Joining the Library 

  • Research Strengths of the Library’s Collections  

  • Collection and study area locations  

  • Using the Library catalogue to locate and access material  

  • Using e-books and other online resources 

By the end of the session, you will have a better understanding of what Senate House Library offers for research and how to find and use material across the collections.  

The session is aimed at new or prospective Senate House Library members, but all are welcome.
